CRWN 185B Career Launchpad: Career Tools & Strategy for Engineers and Technical Specialists

This 1-credit workshop-style course helps engineering and technical students that are getting ready to look for internships or jobs, polish résumés, prepare for interviews, and develop targeted job search strategies. Through peer reviews, mock interviews, and networking exercises, students build confidence and practical tools, including leveraging AI for job sourcing. By course end, students produce a professional portfolio and a career plan to compete effectively in today’s job market.
