BIOL 280D Muscle Biology and Gene Regulation

Weekly seminar and group discussion on current topics in the study of muscle biology and gene regulation as it relates to transcriptional dynamics. Students present, review, and discuss relevant research pertaining but not limited to muscle development, epigenetics, and skeletal muscle adaptation. In addition to presenting and discussing published research, students present their own independent research and receive feedback from the instructor and other students.

Requirements

Enrollment is restricted to molecular, cell, and developmental biology graduate students; qualified undergraduates may enroll with permission of instructor.
