THEA 38 Screendance: Dance on Camera

Introduces screendance as a hybrid art form blending dance and film, whether it be on the “big” (cinema) or “small” (i.e., smartphone) screen. The course combines historical analysis with project-based learning to understand the process of connecting dancemaking and filmmaking from the standpoint of content creators.
