CSE 196A Summer Drone-Intensive Training, Innovation, Entrepreneurship and STEAM Careers

Builds skills in three main areas: (1) professionalism and career development through intensive drone training that includes FAA certification, technical competence and ethical awareness; (2) innovation and entrepreneurship skills to scope, identify, and validate new ideas, concepts, and knowledge while applying drone technology to real-world problems and applications; and (3) communication, impact, and dissemination to clearly present and articulate the scope and significance of your work. Together, these areas will bolster your ability to apply drone technologies to a wide range of professional contexts and research. Enrollment is by permission of the instructor.
