ECE 273 Signal Integrity in PCB Design

As circuits operate at ever-higher speeds, this course explores advanced analog principles critical to high-speed digital design, addressing challenges like signal integrity, crosstalk, and power integrity, and developing innovative solutions for reliable performance in modern high-frequency systems. In some quarters, the course is taught in conjunction with ECE 173. Students cannot receive credit for this course and ECE 173.
